Forged Connecting Rod Series, 3.353-Inch Rod for Wildcat 223cc Engines Forged Vs Billet If you are not familiar with the difference between billet and forged, we will explain how forged improves the strength of a connecting rod. A forged rod starts with an extruded metal or billet. the billet is placed into a die and hammered into a near finished shape. The forging reshapes the grain structure of the billet from straight lines into the contour of the parts. The reshaping of the grain structure improves the ductility, which is the component's ability to flex before breaking. the hammered part is also denser to make the overall rod stronger.

The PVL flywheel fin design allows it to move a very high volume of air. It is recommended that you leave only 1 of the blower housing recoil air intakes open. If more cooling is desired then the tape can be removed. The engine will perform best when you have the right amount of cooling to keep the engine from reaching an excessive temperature. The flywheel works with the standard OEM clone coil with a recommended coil gap of .038-.040". The running timing with a straight up key is 28 degrees and it is recommended to start with a running timing between 28 to 31 degrees. PVL, the manufacturer, tested the flywheel at 17,000 rpms and an independent company in the USA tested the flywheel at 15,000 rpms for 60 minutes, both without failure.
These testings do not verify or guarantee the safety, suitability, use, or the fitness of this flywheel. Racing is dangerous and exploding parts can cause injury or death.The flywheel comes with two 5/16-24 threaded holes in the steel hub for the use of a standard 2 bolt puller for removal.

SK300 REV Wheel is a Billet Racing Flywheel for Honda/Clone Engines using the PVL Digital Ignition System
All billet aluminum flywheel with unique fin designs for low wind resistance and less loss of power design with a rare earth neodymium magnet. This new flywheel is designed to work with the PVL Digitally controlled ignition and will not work with stock analog coils. The PVL ignition produces a stronger spark and more consistent ignition timing than standard stock coils. Not only will it help improve performance, but it will also offer better tuning consistency for the engine.

The Wildcat Billet Side Covers differ from the regular Tillotson/Clone/Ducar and Predator Hemi with an additional bolt hole in the bottom of the of the side cover like the stock Wildcat side cover. The additional bolt increases the clamping force and reduces flex and distortion.
The EC Billet Side Cover contains many new features not found on many billet side cover on the market. We utilize our lates PCV (Pressure Control Valve) design for controlling crankcase pressure and venting. There is also a second fitting for additional venting or be used as a vacuum port.
One of the most significant advantages is our oil sump capacity. Another often overlooked benefit is our oil fill channel allows smoother and quicker oil changes. Less time wasted waiting for the oil to drain into the engine. Unlike many billet side covers on the market, we maintain the original engine oil capacity. Other billet side covers reduce the engine's oil capacity by making the side cover flat on its inside.
What does this mean, and why is it an advantage? Easy, Your oil should contain an additive package suited to your engine, allowing better performance and protection, including friction reducers and wear inhibitors, among many other properties. These additives do a better job when more additives are available, especially when the heat starts to break down the oil. Your oil also works as a heat sink to cool the engine. More oil takes longer to heat, meaning a cooler-running engine and less oil breakdown over time. Again the more oil you can run and keep in the engine, the better.
The EC Billet Side Cover also has a machined groove around the perimeter, allowing better crankcase sealing with an O-ring. We stabilize the side cover using two solid pins to replace the hollow stock pins and secure it with 8Mx35 cap screws or upgrade your hardware with our EC Stud Kit. For the most strength, we recommend using Tillotson reinforced blocks. We designed the New Tillotson blocks as the ultimate track weapon when using our new EC Products.
