Received Wrong Item

I was sent the incorrect item (Gen 1â€™s, not the Gen 2â€™s I ordered), got in touch with support, sent them a photo of the wrong item as requested, then never heard back. Two days later, still radio silence. I had a build I was trying to finish this weekend, and this just set me back at least a week. First and last time I shop with Studz :/
